Public disco tickets
- More than 14 days before the event: full refund, no questions asked. Email info@mtskate.com with your order reference.
- 7–14 days before: we'll transfer your tickets to a future event free of charge.
- Less than 7 days before: tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer them to a friend at no cost — just let us know the new attendee's name.
- Event cancelled by us: automatic full refund within 14 days, or free transfer to a future event at your choice.
- You're unwell on the day: contact us and we'll do our best to transfer to another date.
Party / private hire deposits
A non-refundable deposit (typically 25% of the package price) secures your booking. The balance is due 14 days before the event and is refundable if cancelled with more than 14 days' notice. Within 14 days, the balance is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment card via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 working days.
Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 still applies.
